Justin Chambers talks about his Insomnia
Grey’s anatomy heartthrob Justin Chambers discloses the reasons that led him for a check up into UCLA’s psych ward. In his interview with People, he reveals,
“It’s a biological sleep disorder. Your mind keeps racing, and your body is tired. It wants to go to sleep, but it can’t.”
He had been unable to sleep no more than one hour a week for the last 2-3 months. Doctors gave him medication and he was put in a private room. After that Justin was able to sleep for two days and now your best-loved TV star is ready to come back on Grey’s anatomy.
Justin is playing Dr. Alex Karev opposite Katherine Heigl on this ABC’s hit show. Chamber got several TV shows, including Another World, New York Undercover, and Rose Hill with Jennifer Garner and Four Corners with Ann-Margret. Chamber got a big break through a feature film Liberty Heights, directed by Barry Levinson. He played the lead role of D’Artagnan in Universal’s action/adventure, ‘The Musketeer’. He is married to Keisha Cambers since 1993 and the couple has five children. Isabella, born in 1997, twins Maya and Kaila, born in 1999, Eva, born in 2001 and Jackson.
